Reel-Lentless Guide Service LLC
Cancellation Policy
We at Reel-Lentless Guide Service hope you do not have to cancel. We do not double book any dates, and will reserve dates out months in advance. Due to the short season in order to ensure available fishing time is maximized we need to have a cancellation policy. This may not cover every situation possible but is a very good guide on what to expect. We apologize for the bank fees. We are charged by the bank immediately.
Your Cancellation:
We require a minimum 14 day notice for trip cancellation for a full refund. * Any funds forfeited will be based on the minimum deposit for the trip only, and any additional funds will be refunded. * We will at your request apply your deposit/payment towards a different date during the same season only. Any re-scheduling will be based on availability of dates. If we have to increase our rates prior to the re-scheduled trip date the increase will be added into the subsequent total trip cost.
14 days or more prior to your trip you will be fully refunded. *
7 days or more before your trip you can elect to forfeit 50% of your deposit and not re-schedule.
6 days or less before your trip you can elect to forfeit 100% of the deposit amount and not reschedule.
Our Cancellation:
If we have to cancel your trip we will at your request re-schedule your trip. Time limit for re-scheduled trips will be within the current season or following season. We will also try to schedule you with another local guide service if you prefer, but can not guarantee availability with other guide services. **
5 days or more before your trip we will refund the full amount of your deposit/payment.
2 days or less before your trip we will refund the full amount of your deposit, and give you 30% off an equal subsequent trip with us.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If we are able book other anglers for the date you cancelled we will refund the difference or the full deposit or payment regardless of cancellation date.* Reel-Lentless Guide Service WILL NOT be fishing with paid anglers on your cancelled date without you being refunded. *
*Any refunds will have Bank/Credit Card fees deducted. Credit Card fee is currently 3%. If your deposit or payment did not have a fee charged to us then no fee will be charged against you.*
